Start with the workflow, then add a companion
If physician counts expose unresolved professional charge work, pair the physician control with the ED grid only when your ED professional group is in scope. For ASC case evidence, use the ASC worklist first; use the hospital discharge control for a separate inpatient release process. A radiology report handoff may coexist with a charge reconciliation issue, but each product tracks a different event and neither replaces a clinical workflow.
