How work is agreed

If the request is a fit, deliverables, timeline, access, fees and information safeguards are documented in a separate written agreement. We do not promise a collection increase, payer outcome, compliance certification or system integration as part of an inquiry.

Information boundary

Describe your problem without patient identifiers, claim-level protected health information, credentials or confidential live files. Any future access to sensitive data would require an approved scope and appropriate agreements and systems.
