Digital Delivery Policy

MetricForgeHQ sells digital products. No physical item will be shipped, and customers will not be charged physical shipping fees.

After successful payment, download access is normally provided electronically through the order-confirmation process or a separate digital-delivery email.

Please verify that the email address entered during checkout is correct and check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders.

If your download does not arrive within 30 minutes after confirmed payment, use the MetricForgeHQ Contact page and provide your order number and product name.

Access may be delayed when an order requires payment verification, fraud review, or additional processing.

Purchases are governed by the license displayed on the applicable product page and the MetricForgeHQ Terms of Service.
