MetricForgeHQ Digital Product Terms

By purchasing or downloading a MetricForgeHQ product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the license stated on the applicable product page.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publicly post, reproduce for resale, or add MetricForgeHQ files to another template library, membership, marketplace, course, or digital-product bundle.

The restrictions on sharing and deployment are subject to any permissions expressly granted by the license purchased for the product. For the RCM Executive Revenue Suite, the Consultant Deployment license permits configured working copies for up to five active client organizations directly served by the purchaser, as stated on the product page. It does not permit resale of source templates, public redistribution, or inclusion in another template library. All other restrictions remain in effect.

MetricForgeHQ products are operational tools and templates. They do not constitute medical, legal, accounting, tax, coding, reimbursement, insurance, compliance, lending, or investment advice. No financial, recovery, reimbursement, or investment outcome is guaranteed.

Healthcare-related products must be used only with aggregate, fictional, or properly de-identified information. Do not enter, upload, transmit, or send protected health information or confidential patient information to MetricForgeHQ.

Product compatibility requirements are stated on the applicable product page. The buyer is responsible for confirming access to compatible software before purchasing.

All product designs, documentation, branding, formulas, workflows, and original materials remain the intellectual property of MetricForgeHQ or their respective rights holders.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MetricForgeHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption damages arising from the purchase, use, inability to use, or interpretation of a product.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you reviewed the product description, compatibility requirements, applicable license, Digital Delivery Policy, and Digital Product Refund Policy.
