Organization & Team Buying Guide | MetricForgeHQ

Choose the operating scope before you buy. This guide helps healthcare revenue-cycle leaders, billing-company owners, consultants and procurement reviewers match an existing MetricForgeHQ download to the organization that will use it. It is a purchase guide, not a separate license or services agreement.

Start with the decision your team owns

Operating need Best starting product Current starting price Primary scope
Organization-wide KPI, A/R, cash and denial review RCM Command Center PRO $89.99 Internal use by one purchasing organization
Executive oversight across payer recovery, RCM performance and billing-company economics RCM Executive Revenue Suite $129 standard organization Standard organization or the separate consultant option shown on the product page
Billing-company profitability, staffing capacity and client economics Medical Billing Business Dashboard $89.99 Internal business operations for the purchasing organization
Outsourced A/R vendor reconciliation, quality and corrective action Vendor Accountability PRO $129 One purchasing organization and its authorized contracted vendor staff

Need a more focused work queue or payer-resolution system? Compare the RCM workflow controls or compare the broad medical-billing systems.

Check the license boundary

  • Standard organization use: the purchasing organization may use and adapt the files for its own internal operations, subject to the product license.
  • Consultant deployment: use this only when the product page expressly offers it and follow the stated client limit and deployment scope. The Executive Revenue Suite currently describes a bounded consultant option; it does not grant resale rights.
  • Separate organizations, affiliates or multiple clients: if your intended deployment falls outside the license shown on the product page, contact MetricForgeHQ before purchasing.
  • No redistribution: source files may not be resold, publicly posted, sublicensed or added to a template library.

Review the full Digital Product License and the license included with the delivered files. Product-specific terms control when they differ from this summary.

What procurement and operations should know

  • These are downloadable operational and educational files, not hosted software or a subscription platform unless a listing explicitly says otherwise.
  • Workbooks are manually populated from approved sources. They do not automatically connect to an EHR, practice-management system, payer, bank or vendor platform.
  • No custom implementation, consulting, data migration or future update commitment is included unless separately documented.
  • Use only approved aggregate or properly de-identified information. Do not submit PHI, credentials, payment-card data or confidential source records through checkout or support.
  • Outputs support review and action tracking; they do not guarantee recovery, revenue, compliance, certification or performance outcomes.

Five questions to approve internally

  1. Which legal organization will purchase and use the files?
  2. Will any separate client, affiliate or business entity receive a working copy?
  3. Which desktop software and version will the team use?
  4. Who owns source-data validation, privacy controls and operating decisions?
  5. Which product preview and included-file list match the decision the team needs to make?

Need a scope check before purchase?

Contact MetricForgeHQ with the product name, purchasing organization and intended deployment scope. Do not include patient information, credentials or confidential records. A scope question does not create a custom services agreement or change the published license.
