RCM Leadership Implementation Manual | 10 Stages, SOPs & 90-Day Plan
Digital download. Review the actual preview, included files, software and license before checkout.
Build the operating controls behind your RCM reports
For US RCM directors, practice administrators and billing leaders implementing consistent processes: this manual connects patient access, clinical documentation, claims, recovery and financial close through owners, evidence, procedures and a 90-day rollout.
Positioning: this is the leadership implementation manual. It is a separate purchase from RCM Command Center PRO and the Executive Revenue Suite. Those spreadsheet systems are not included here.
Choose the workflow you need
- Standardize team handoffs: use the editable SOP library to define the owner, completion evidence and escalation route across patient access, billing and recovery.
- Prepare a leadership review: use the KPI definitions, AR bridge, receipt forecast and action register to connect reconciled aggregate totals to the next accountable action.
- Organize a 90-day rollout: use the maturity model and roadmap to establish baselines, implement controls and review results with named owners.
If your immediate need is a broader spreadsheet work queue or management dashboard, compare the RCM spreadsheet systems before choosing. Each system is a separate purchase with its own contents and license.

Formats and compatibility
PDF, TXT, CSV and one XLSX file. Extract the ZIP first. CSV trackers are manual tables without formulas; the Excel companion contains formulas and synthetic inputs. Formulas, export, saved-file reopening and input changes were tested in the authoring engine. A fresh Google Sheets conversion of v1.2 retained all 14 example dates without repair and matched 12 baseline calculated outputs. Inspect your own imported dates and formulas before use. The publisher reports successful desktop Excel for Mac testing. Physical printing remains unverified; check your own software version and output before operational use. Formula cells are editable and unprotected; retain backups.
Optional HTML tools are excluded from v1.2. The included four-page print PDF is a static synthetic example and does not refresh from workbook inputs.
License and professional use
One purchasing legal entity may adapt the materials for internal operations and workforce training. Resale, template redistribution and deployment across consultant clients are excluded without a separate written license. No PHI, payer credentials or confidential clinical text in these files or support.
Professional/outpatient operations are the core; institutional and specialty overlays require qualified local review. Verify current payer, coding, legal, clinical, accounting and security requirements. No live integration, deployed AI service, automated claim submission, compliance certification, CE credit or guaranteed collections. Sources reviewed October 3, 2026. Package v1.2 adds tools to the stable v1.0 guide; lifetime updates are not included.
